The top of the wall is decorated with an elaborated kheker frieze presenting two yellow disks. Below an ornamental band, colored in blue, red, green, yellow, black and white, surmounting a stripe of stars on a blue background symbolizing the sky.
From left to right:
Anubis with jackal head and blue wig wearing a gold and white kilt is in front of the the king who wears a nemes with golden uraeus and a broad collar. His kilt, gold and white, is rich in decoration.
The next scene shows the king, this time dressed with a simple golden kilt, offerings wine to Isis. The goddess is represented with cow's horns and solar disk. She wears a red sleeveless dress and a blue wig. She holds the was sceptre and the ankh.
Then the king, again with his elaborated kilt, is now in front of Horus with falcon head. The god holds a was sceptre and wears the Double crown, and a gold and white kilt.
The king, with a white kilt, is offering wine to Hathor of the West. Hathor wears a red dress with thin shoulder straps which leaves the breast exposed. She has broad beaded necklace. On her head there is her emblem.
Horemheb in front of Osiris. The king wears his elaborated kilt. He stands in front of Osiris dressed in white with Atef crown and holding power emblems.
The relief is on a base of blue paint.
