This volume reveals the wonders of Farnese Palace, a of the most emblematic buildings of the Renaissance and one of most famous palaces of Rome. It was built during the sixteenth century by Antonio da Sangallo the Younger, Michelangelo, Vignola and Guglielmo della Porta. Its decoration pictorial, celebrating the glory of the family, was performed by famous Italian painters as Daniele da Volterra, Francesco Salviati, Federico Zuccari, and finally Annibale Carracci, with the splendid frescoes of Gallery.
