Merenptah e Ra-Horakhty

The king wears the nemes with uraeus and a broad collar. His kilt, white and gold, is richly decorated with a triangular front, a red, blue and gold belt ending with an elaborate decoration showing two golden ureos with a sun disc. Merenptah stands before Ra-Horakhty with a hawk's head and crown of Upper and Lower Egypt. The god takes the pharaoh by the hand and gives him life, represented by the ankh sign.
