Rameses II massacres a Libyan in front of Horus

Rameses II is partially visible on the left. The ruler is depicted in the act of striking an enemy Libyan with a mace. With his left hand Rameses clasps his bow and holds the prisoner, kneeling before him, by the hair. On the right is the god Horus, who on his falcon head wears the Double Crown. In his left hand the god clutches the Ankh symbol, while in his right (outstretched towards the ruler) he clutches the Khopesh, a sceptre in the shape of a curved sword and symbol of royal power.
