Book of the Heavenly Cow: detail
The walls of the chamber are decorated with the Book of the Heavenly Cow. The figure of the cow is painted on the back wall and is supported by Shu and the eight Heh deities. The picture shows a detail of the text with the representation of time ('djedet') and eternity ('neheh'), elements that support the sky.
