The litany of Ra was one of the major religious compositions of the New Kingdom in which the 75 forms of the sun god were illustrated. The text was reserved for the pharaohs. The image shows at the top part of the 75 forms of the sun god illustrating each invocation. At the bottom are a figure of the god Anubis in the form of a jackal and a kneeling goddess, Isis or Naphtis.
