Ramesses III before Atum and Ptah

Left. Ramesses III wearing the crown of Lower Egypt makes offerings to Atum. On his head he wears an elaborate headdress consisting of the traditional cap to which two feathers, an uraeus and a sun disc have been added. The pharaoh offers incense to the god and wears a similar crown but has a blue crown at the base, khepresh usually worn during battles or during ceremonies.
