This sarcophagus features an elaborate polychrome decoration in terracotta. The four outer sides of the coffin have a hollowed-out central part, entirely enclosed by a terracotta cord. The upper edge of each side is concluded by a polychrome frame decorated with a meander, bordered at the top by a golden wave motif. The lid is singular: the larger sides and the top are hinged. The hinges are blocked on the three corners of the tympanum by three paterae decorated with a jellyfish head.
