Although most of the colour that lent brightness and life to the sculpture of the couple's daughter (Neferherenptah and Satmeret) is missing, the almost rapt face and softly modelled body lend Meretites elegance and hieraticism. The young woman is depicted in the classical seated pose. She wears a long tunic and her neck is adorned with a multi-row necklace. She wears a wig composed of small plaits that branch out from a central parting. Her eyes seem to be raised towards an indefinite point, almost inhaled.
