Statue of Ramesses II as a child and the god Hurun

Colossal statue of Ramesses II, represented as a boy, and the god Hurun in the form of a falcon. Ramesses is seated, naked, with the braid of youth on the right side of his head and the index finger of his right hand at the level of his mouth. On his head are the solar disc and the uraeus. In his left hand he clutches the stem of a reed. Behind him, protecting the sovereign, is the god Hurun (a deity of Canaanite origin) in the form of a falcon.
